In Room Dining Supervisor W Hotels Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Job Number: Job Category: Food and Beverage & Culinary Schedule: Full Time Location: W Sydney, 31 Wheat Road, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, 2000 Position Type: Non-Management Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this integral role provides daily supervision of the operations and team. You will work closely with Culinary to deliver restaurant quality food and service to our guests, striving to create experiences that go above and beyond – Whatever/Whenever. Responsibilities Display hands on leadership and lead by example; Be organised and understand room movements, amenity lists, and other daily priorities to ensure a seamless operation; Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best; Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs; Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies; Champion brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all our guests; Develop and maintain positive working relationships and identify training needs of the team so they too can develop.
