As our Adelaide dealership continues to grow, we’re looking for an energetic and driven Salesperson to join our team. If you love helping customers bring their caravanning dreams to life, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Welcome customers to the dealership, build strong relationships, and guide them through the caravan buying journey. Sales Delivery: Present caravan models, conduct walkthroughs, and clearly explain features, benefits, and options. Lead Management: Follow up on enquiries, maintain communication with potential buyers, and convert leads into sales. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our caravan range and stay up to date with new models and updates. Deal Preparation: Assist customers with documentation, liaise with internal departments, and ensure a smooth handover process. Show Participation: Attend caravan shows and events representing Caravan HQ with professionalism and enthusiasm. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, administration, and management to support dealership success. To Succeed in This Role, You Must Have Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales is essential; experience in caravans, automotive, or big-ticket items is highly desirable. Confidence & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals. Energy & Drive: A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for helping customers. Professionalism: A polished presentation and communication style. Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other dealership tools. Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks. Product Interest: A genuine interest in caravans, travel, and the outdoors (prior product knowledge is a bonus). Reliability: Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
