Registered Nurse – Nurse Bank – Mackay Base Hospital, Queensland About the Role The Nurse Bank provides clinical and non-clinical support across multiple units within Mackay Hospital and Health Service. Nurses fill gaps in service delivery created by roster deficits, various leave types, or increased workload demands. During this placement, the nurse may be allocated to different wards depending on daily operational needs. Requirements Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience Medical and/or surgical experience required Desired: Knowledge and proficiency using ieMR Desired: Previous experience in Queensland Health or Mackay HHS Contract Details Placements Available: Contract Dates: 15 December, January Duration: 5 weeks Working Hours: Rotating 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts Hours: Max 80 hours per fortnight (overtime after 80 hours p.f.)
