Motors Tasmania is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to support the Service Department by managing and processing warranty claims with accuracy and efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring claims are submitted correctly, comply with manufacturer requirements, and are processed in a timely manner. You will play a key role in supporting the service team and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manufacturer partners. Key Responsibilities Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time Verify documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements Review and audit claims for accuracy before submission Maintain organised records and track warranty activity Liaise with service staff and external stakeholders as required Provide administrative support relating to warranty enquiries Assist with reporting and reconciliation where required Skills & Experience Strong clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Ability to review and self-audit work to a high standard Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service capability including phone and in-person interaction Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-focused approach with a strong work ethic Previous experience in warranty, administration or automotive environments is highly regarded What's On Offer Secure role with a well-established dealership group Support from local leadership and national teams Opportunities for long-term career growth locally or nationally Structured systems and processes Professional and supportive working environment Employee benefits across automotive products and services Why Work With Us Motors Tasmania values reliability, professionalism and teamwork.
