Perform venepuncture and blood collection in line with best practice Process, handle, store and ship clinical trial specimens to protocol requirements Maintain accurate specimen identification, labelling and documentation Enter and manage clinical trial data with a high degree of accuracy Support efficient laboratory operations in line with Good Laboratory Practice Ready to make a difference? Certificate III/IV in Pathology Collections or relevant qualifications deemed suitable. Previous experience in pathology services including venepuncture, sample management (collection, processing and shipping) and safe laboratory working procedures. Knowledge and skills to perform PBMC sample processing as required or willingness to work toward same. Demonstrated interpersonal skills preferably in a clinical environment, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, patients and clinical staff. Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent computer skills with high level competence in database entry and spreadsheets. Proven excellent attention to detail.
