We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and courageous individuals to join our team across the Northwest Coast as Support Professionals across our Community, Respite and SIL teams. Why This Role Matters Every shift is an opportunity to make a difference. You’ll support participants with complex needs to live fulfilling lives — whether at home or out in the community. What You’ll Be Doing Provide personal care with dignity and respect Safely perform manual handling tasks Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities Administer medication and monitor wellbeing Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team Some Other Specifics Also Community Support Services: Work 1:1 with participants in the community Use your own vehicle (with reimbursement) Be available for a mix of short and long shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends Supported Independent Living (SIL) Support participants in SIL environments, including active nights and sleepovers Be available for a variety of shifts in a 24/7 setting Who We’re Looking For You’re someone who is: Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs Flexible and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols What You’ll Need Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred) Unrestricted full driver’s licence Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or have already) At Possability, we don’t just support people — we champion their right to live a good life.
