Mobile Field Technician Coffee and Slush Machines To join the team at Essential Coffee as a Full-Time Mobile Field Technician, we supply a fully fitted out van stocked with parts, your mobile workshop on wheels All jobs are scheduled by our service coordinator and sent directly to your mobile device. A competitive base salary will be negotiated, plus allowances, super, van, mobile, potential to earn commissions on sales or lead referrals You will be part of a customer focused service team in a successful Australian owned international business. The opportunity is always there to grow and develop with our expanding company. 1-2 weeks paid training will be conducted at our Burleigh Heads Gold Coast Office before you start. Customer base is around Bendigo, some parts of Southern Victoria and Southern NSW. Some overnight runs will be required. We seek applicants for Full-Time opportunities, with view to full time for the right applicant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to technical serviceissues from customers within agreed Service Levels Resolve Technical issues in a fast and professional manner Keep customers updated on the progress of issue resolution General workshop repairs Diagnosis and problem solving technical issues Maintain customer relations Commission and repair hot and cold beverage dispensing machines Plan daily schedules by analysing work orders Investigate technical complaints and resolve the issue Install equipment and machines Complete forms, reports and log books for repairs Perform preventative maintenance EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Current manual driver's licence (essential) Current Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence (essential) Refrigeration, electronics or Electrical Trade Certificate (preferred, although not essential) Previous experience working with commercial coffee machines (preferred, although not essential Current police check / Working with children & Vulnerable people or able to able one upon starting PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills A focus on quality workmanship Must be able to travel overnight for remote runs Great reporting and supply management skills Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn new skills and concepts.
