The opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our 3-year-old room, starting as soon as possible. This position is part-time from 3 days a week (hours negotiable). If you have completed at least 50% of a relevant Early Childhood Teaching degree, you may be eligible to work in this role under a Special Authority. Alternatively, if you have completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and enrolled in a relevant Early Childhood Teaching degree, you may also be eligible to work in this role under a Special Authority. You bring creativity, care, and professionalism to your teaching, nurturing each child’s development through play-based learning. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you create a positive, supportive environment for children, families, and your team. We are looking for someone who: Is suitably qualified with a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, or at least 50% completed degree for special authority, or enrolled in degree while also holding a relevant Diploma. Is a committed Christian who is active in church fellowship to join our vibrant Christian community. Has an outstanding attention to detail. Has the ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Has a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
