As we expand into our South-East Melbourne Team , we’re searching for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who wants to build strong connections and create genuine outcomes for clients—right in their local community. Whether your strengths lie in helping people build emotional regulation, develop functional routines, or manage complex behaviours, you’ll have the freedom to shape your caseload to match your passion—and the tools to do it well. What You Can Look Forward To Local Focus – Serve your community and work with clients within 30 minutes of home Your Schedule, Your Way – Enjoy real flexibility and control over your workdays Sustainable Caseloads – With just 4 hours and 35 minutes of daily billables, you’ll have the space to deliver high-quality support Supportive Peers – Join a diverse, tight-knit team of clinicians including Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers Career Momentum – Structured pathways, dedicated supervision, $4,000 annual CPD budget, and the opportunity to earn up to $8,400 in bonuses What Your Days Might Involve Supporting individuals across the lifespan in homes, schools, and community environments Completing functional behaviour assessments and writing positive, practical support plans Building trusted partnerships with families, educators, and support staff Participating in team huddles, debriefs, and reflective practice Bringing curiosity, compassion, and clinical insight into every interaction We’d Love to Connect if You Are an NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core level or higher) Have hands‑on experience writing behaviour support plans and conducting assessments Are familiar with the NDIS landscape and committed to strengths-based support Are comfortable working independently while staying connected to a multidisciplinary team Hold a current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle Have completed the required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC) Have full working rights in Australia Who We Are Therapy Pro is more than a provider—we’re a community of clinicians who believe in meaningful work and sustainable careers.
