Senior Operations Coordinator (Personnel Logistics) Opportunity to make a big impact in this role We have an opportunity for a Senior Operations Coordinator to take charge of resourcing, rostering, and scheduling for our offshore crews. This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact role where you’ll be central to ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to coordinate personnel movements and align project needs with crew capabilities to keep our offshore operations running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities Recruit, allocate, and mobilise offshore personnel in line with project plans and roster requirements, ensuring optimal crew deployment across all operations. Develop and communicate rosters for offshore teams, and provide operational support to respond to and action required changes outside of standard working hours. Ensure crew qualifications meet vessel and client standards, and arrange necessary compliance, induction, and mobilisation training. Work with the HR/Payroll team to be across Industrial Relations, and ensure accurate implementation of offshore employment terms and conditions. Manage the personnel logistics team of two staff and contribute to operational support functions, including marine assurance tracking and Remote Operations Centre activities. Assist with tender preparation, uphold company policies and standards, and support security audits and administrative processes. About You To succeed in this role, you will be very organized, have a sharp eye for detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. You'll be working in a fast‑paced environment where clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential. Additionally, this role will require: A background in resourcing/recruitment and mobilisation, ideally within the oil and gas sector. Proven ability to manage rosters, whilst responding to and arranging last‑minute changes. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to build rapport with different people of various backgrounds and seniorities. A background or keen interest in industrial relations. The ability to be on call for operational changes and unforeseen circumstances.
