We are seeking a Girlswear Designer to work on licensed product across key categories. This is a role for a graphic design-led fashion designer who thrives on bringing brand worlds to life through commercially sharp, trend-forward ranges. The Role I Reporting to the Account Manager, this position is responsible for developing and designing seasonal ranges across multiple categories, including men's, women's, and kids' outerwear and sleepwear. You'll bring fashion-forward yet commercial product stories to life, balancing trend relevance with licensor requirements and retail customer needs. This role suits someone motivated, proactive, and energised by working in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Researching seasonal trends, shapes, and colour palettes to create mood boards that guide each range. Designing product storyboards using Illustrator and Photoshop. Executing graphic design elements including yardage and placement prints. Collaborating with production assistants and garment technicians to bring designs into production accurately and efficiently. The Skills | Strong graphic design capability in Photoshop and Illustrator. Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or Graphic Design. Previous experience as a Designer or Graphic Designer within babywear / apparel, sleepwear, and / or licensed product (preferred). Ability to research, interpret, and present key upcoming fashion trends. Confidence designing creatively within licensor brand guidelines. Solid understanding of garment manufacturing, fabrications, and print techniques. Comfortable working at pace in a dynamic and collaborative team.
