This is the role for you What You'll Do As an NRMA Roadside Patrol , you'll support our members by providing emergency roadside assistance, delivering exceptional member service, and using your automotive expertise to keep our members moving safely. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, changing flat tyres, jump-starting vehicles, providing fuel delivery, selling and installing batteries, assisting with lockouts, and accurately recording all customer and job information. You will represent the NRMA brand with integrity, valuing diversity, and embodying our core values. Your roster We are recruiting full-time employees to work 38 hours per week between 06:00 – 24:00, on a scheduled roster from Monday to Sunday, with attractive penalty rates. Roster details will be provided in advance to support your work/life balance. What You'll Bring Automotive/Motor Mechanic Tradesperson Certificate (NSW Fair Trading) Valid Australian Driver’s License (minimum full license C class) Experience in mechanical repair and understanding of motor vehicles and the automotive industry Knowledge of work, health, and safety practices applicable to motor vehicle repair and customer service Ability to assess mechanical and electrical issues to determine the safest course of action Strong communication skills and customer focus, with the ability to work with diverse communities Team player attitude with a positive work ethic Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate empathy to customers Motivated self-starter committed to ongoing technical development and industry trends What’s in it for you?
