About The Role We are seeking a motivated professional for a 12-month maximum term contract to help drive our digital transformation agenda. In this role, you will support AI initiatives and coordinate ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and our broader technology strategy. Acting as a key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, you will help deliver innovative solutions and strong governance across our digital programs. This position is based in Brisbane , working a Monday–Friday (5/2) roster . Responsibilities Of The Role Include Partner with business SMEs and AI specialists to identify, prioritise, and shape AI opportunities across the organisation. Work closely with end users to prepare detailed use case documentation, ensuring alignment with data maturity, readiness, and ROI frameworks. Support the delivery of AI Agents and ensure solutions meet operational needs and strategic objectives. Track and report the progress of AI initiatives, maintaining consolidated and accurate updates for stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support ERP project delivery, including demos, requirements, and data migration readiness. Maintain consolidated reporting across AI and ERP projects, including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Review and update permission matrices to minimise data exposure and strengthen security controls. Apply structured project governance, risk management, and digital enablement practices across all transformation activities. A flexible attitude to work will be required to meet project deadlines. 5+ years’ experience in project delivery, digital transformation, and stakeholder coordination within construction and/or operational settings. Demonstrated experience digitising workflows, cost tracking, and project reporting. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams. Experience preparing governance documentation and supporting risk mitigation and project oversight. Proficiency in data and financial analysis tools. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Desired Project management experience in multi-site, cross-functional environments. Experience supporting digitalisation initiatives. Exposure to the mining or logistics sector.
