Operations Manager – Distribution Centre Redbank, QLD Cleaning Industry - Automated DC Experience Preferred Vivid Property Services is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead at a Distribution Centre site in Redbank, QLD . This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you'll be running day‑to‑day cleaning operations at a large, automated distribution facility. If you've worked in the cleaning industry and ideally have experience inside an automated DC, this could be your next step up. What you’ll be doing Overseeing all cleaning operations across a high‑volume distribution centre Managing rosters, staffing levels, and day‑to‑day team performance Working closely with site contacts to understand needs and solve issues quickly Making sure all work is completed safely and to contract standards Reporting on KPIs, productivity, and areas for improvement Supporting, training, and coaching cleaners and supervisors Rolling out process improvements to keep things running smoothly Jumping in to troubleshoot operational challenges in a fast‑moving DC environment What we’re looking for Solid experience in an operations management role in the cleaning industry Bonus if you've worked in an automated distribution centre before Confident leading teams and building strong relationships on‑site A practical problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both clients and frontline teams Good understanding of WHS requirements Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running What we offer Competitive salary Supportive team and leadership Opportunities to grow your career Training and development A workplace where your ideas and improvements are genuinely valued About Vivid Property Services With over 20 years in the industry, Vivid provides high‑quality cleaning and maintenance services across Australia.
