Join a leading refrigerated logistics provider in WA Sands Fridge Lines is seeking a motivated and experienced Driver Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality, competency-based training and assessments to our driving team. This is a key role focused on safety, skill development, and maintaining our strong industry reputation. About the Role As a Driver Trainer & Assessor, you'll deliver competency-based training and assessments, mentor new and existing drivers, and help uphold our strong safety culture. Your work will directly impact operational excellence and career development within our team. Key Responsibilities Assess and evaluate new drivers' skills and behaviours. Provide ongoing training and mentoring during probation and beyond. Develop and maintain training records, VOC documentation, and compliance materials. Promote and enforce safety-first and compliance practices across the fleet. What You'll Bring Unrestricted MC WA licence with a minimum of 5 years' operating experience. Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (TAE40116) or currently working towards completion. Previous experience in driver training within the logistics industry – highly regarded. Clear and effective communication skills to engage with all levels of staff and stakeholders. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
