The Solicitor in the Statewide Child Protection Litigation Office (Statewide CPLO) is responsible for providing legal advice and support to child protection practitioners, and appear in person, in child protection litigation matters in the Children's Court of Victoria and associated jurisdictions. It is expected that this role will provide litigation support and representation in child protection matters across the regional south west area of Victoria, covering Ballarat, Warrnambool, Portland, Hamilton and Horsham.You will work predominantly with the Regional West of Statewide CPLO's legal teams and will travel to various Children's Court locations and child protection offices in the Central Highlands and Wimmera Southwest areas.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
