You’ll analyse financial data, assess credit applications, and work closely with clients and lenders to deliver tailored lending solutions. Key Responsibilities Assess financial documents and recommend loan structures. Guide clients through the lending process with clear communication. Liaise with lenders to secure competitive terms. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Resolve application challenges and suggest process improvements. What We’re Looking For Experience in credit analysis, small business banking, or mortgage lending. Strong skills in financial assessment and problem-solving. Familiarity with self-employed borrowers is highly desirable. Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (preferred, support provided for further study).
