Financial Modeller - 3 Month Temp at Sharp & Carter We are seeking an experienced Financial Modeller to support strategic decision-making across development projects, acquisitions, feasibility assessments, and portfolio planning. This 3‑month temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a commercial environment, enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, and has deep technical expertise in modelling and Power BI. Key Responsibilities Build, enhance and maintain complex financial models to assess development feasibility, perform scenario analysis, model cash flows and calculate ROI across multiple property projects. Prepare detailed development feasibilities, sensitivity analyses and project performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Translate raw operational, financial and project data into insightful dashboards and visualisations in Power BI to support commercial decision‑making. Partner with Development, Finance and Executive teams to evaluate potential acquisitions, support due diligence and model project funding structures. Prepare presentations, investment papers and modelling summaries for Board and Investment Committees. Continuously refine modelling frameworks, improve data integrity, and implement best‑practice modelling standards and controls. Skills & Experience 5–7 years in financial modelling within property development, real estate, infrastructure or corporate finance. Advanced Excel modelling expertise, including project feasibilities, debt modelling and scenario modelling. Strong Power BI capability – building automated dashboards, data models, DAX measures and integrating multiple data sources. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
