Manager, Project Controls – Project and Program Delivery KPMG Australia is part of a global network providing extensive services across a wide range of industries. Our Project and Program Delivery team strategically partners with clients to improve their likelihood of success by addressing challenges in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects and programs of work. This role is a mid‑career position focused on project controls and risk management. Job Responsibilities • Scope, plan and deliver strategic infrastructure investments on major, complex projects. • Lead or review programs of work, including writing project plans, procedures and project reporting. • Manage project elements such as planning, cost, risk or general project management. • Engage effectively with stakeholders and drive risk mitigation and delivery excellence. Qualifications & Experience Experience in client‑side or advisory roles across infrastructure or capital‑intensive industries. Confidence in managing project elements such as planning, cost, risk or general project management. Proven experience using standard industry tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Lumivero @Risk, Safran Risk, CostX, Acumen Fuse/Risk, ACONEX, Microsoft Project MSP. Strong communication skills and problem‑solving mindset. Familiarity with frameworks such as PMBOK, AACE Total Cost Management, ISO 31000, or RES Contingency Guidelines. A degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical), Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Project Management.
