We are committed to delivering services anchored in approved clinical guidelines, governance standards, and best-practice approaches. Our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social workers, and TMS technicians work collaboratively to provide integrated care, guided by the recovery model and a bio-psycho-social approach. The Role We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and autonomous TMS Technician to join our Hobart clinic. Deliver additional treatments within scope of practice as new therapies are introduced (e.g., Esketamine), following appropriate training. Provide clear education and reassurance to clients about the TMS process, ensuring informed consent and comfort. Monitor clients during sessions, promptly escalating concerns or adverse events in line with protocols. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Liaise with psychiatrists, mental health clinicians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care planning. Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance, escalating technical issues when required. Assist with scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups to support continuity of care. Participate in clinical supervision, professional development, and team-based case discussions. Uphold infection control protocols and Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards consistent with Safe Work Australia guidelines.
