About the Opportunity We’re searching for a full‑time Offset Printer to join our production team in Toowoomba, QLD . Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will join a collaborative production team and take ownership of operating our suite of advanced printing presses. Responsibilities Operating offset presses including A1 and A2 8 Colour LED UV Machines and 2‑colour 52 presses Maintaining strong colour matching and executing fine adjustments Carrying out preventative maintenance and ensuring equipment cleanliness Ensuring presses remain in optimum running condition Identifying and reporting any repairs or safety issues Following process‑driven print production systems Participating in good housekeeping practices Planning production runs and working independently when required About You To qualify, you’ll bring a trade qualification in printing or equivalent, and hands‑on experience in commercial press environments. Ideally, you should have 3–5+ years of experience, but we’re also open to recently qualified printers or early‑career tradespeople with the right mindset and a strong desire to learn. You are confident on the press, committed to craftsmanship, and excited to work with high‑quality equipment in a clean, well‑run facility.
