To support this exciting growth, we’re creating a brand‑new role — Finance Integration Analyst for a 15‑18 month fixed term contract. As a Finance Integration Analyst, you will support the Finance Integration Manager in executing integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. Your focus will be on financial analysis, process alignment, and system integration to ensure accurate reporting and compliance during transitions. Success in this role means delivering timely, high‑quality integration outcomes and supporting global finance teams. Main responsibilities include: Assist with finance integration activities for acquired entities. Deliver accounting requirements including month‑end, half‑year, and annual processes. Align acquired entities with IMDEX group accounting policies and systems. Support budgeting and forecasting processes for integrated entities. Act as a finance business partner to acquired companies and internal stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation. What you will bring You’re a proactive finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for integration. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working across teams to drive meaningful change. With a strong foundation in accounting and a collaborative mindset, you’re ready to take on integration projects that span continents. To thrive in this role, you will need: Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar, CA/CPA qualified. Minimum 6 years’ experience in a global/multi‑national company or Big‑4 environment. Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and month‑end close. Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical mindset. Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Experience in M&A projects, financial integration or finance transformation.
