Then this just might be…your dream job: Assist with ensuring the Credit Risk Engine appropriately calculates expected credit losses (collective provisions) and application of credit methodology. Maintain, execute and enhance the credit provision calculations. Drive automation and process improvements using Snowflake and analytics tools. Undertake detailed analytics on provision movements and deliver insight to Management. Assess provision adequacy to ensure that Judo is appropriately providing for projected credit deterioration. Evaluate current provision methodology to ensure it remains fit for purpose. Provide regular internal reporting to Management Board, Risk Committees and the Board. Support the Finance/Investor Relations team with key external reporting deliverables. Prepare key external credit risk reporting deliverables for stakeholders such as Shareholders, APRA, Rating Agencies and Debt Funders, including regulatory reporting forms. Identify opportunities for improvement and challenge the current status quo. Support the Head of Portfolio Credit Risk and the broader Credit Risk team's objectives. Desired Skills and Experience Experience working with credit provision models. Understanding of AASB 9 accounting standard. Experience with analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI). Experience using Snowflake and Confluence, reporting and documentation environments. Ability to analyse data and present information that is easy to interpret and digest. Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts. Sound knowledge of credit risk management and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated problem solving, particularly related to credit provisioning. Excellent attention to detail. Self‑starter with a proven ability to build networks.
