The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car for which you'll be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time. The care work you'll be doing may include: • Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing • Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning • Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping • Assisting with medication Being female is recognised as a genuine occupation qualification and is authorised under section 31(2h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, and so we ask that only Female applicants apply. About you • You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused • You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care • You have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance) • Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
