We require a motivated Customer Service Representative to work at our South Nowra location on a fulltime basis. The role is responsible for: Creatinga pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers Completingrental and return transactions accurately Providinginformation regarding the rental & the services we offer Selling Hertz rental options to our valued customers Resolvingcomplaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction Being involved in reservations of rental vehicles and the associated requirements Assist as required with cleaning vehicles to a high standard Being able to work as part of a high performing team Assist in fleet preparation, including cleaning of vehicles when required What do we need from you? To be successful in this position, our new Nowra team member will be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales. Previous experience in the rental field, or retail and sales field. The ability to monitorand organisethe vehicle fleet on a daily basis. Sound keyboard skills essential. Use of carsplus computer system ideal but not essential, use of word, excel & email. A flexible approach to working hours, and availabilityto work anywhere up to a 76 hours per fortnight - including weekends. You must hold a full and current driver's license and havea clean driving record. You must either hold or obtain a satisfactory police history check.
