About the role Our Student Marketeers are the face of the RedBull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The purpose of the role consists of three folds: approaching consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, supporting sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales support activities, and working at RedBull events to help ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand. Our Student Marketeers are an instrumental part of the organisation, serving as the eyes and ears on the ground that listen to how consumers perceive our brand and share these insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities. Responsibilities Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers. Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of RedBull through sampling consumers and bringing the brand to life among students. Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible on and around campus. Collaborate closely with our sales teams to open new distribution points for RedBull and leverage relevant assets from the world of RedBull to keep us top of mind with everyday consumers. Show love for the details in all areas of your role to deliver executional excellence, share ideas and collaborate with the team both face‑to‑face and online, and plan activities while reporting in a timely manner and providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities to the wider RedBull business. Qualifications Naturally organized, high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team. A valid and full driver’s license is required. Proficient in written and verbal English. Travel 0‑10%. Your Team As a Student Marketeer, your job is to create and execute smart sales & marketing plans to build the RedBull brand within the student community and beyond.
