You will lead a business partnering function across the Multi‑Class Sustainment and Corporate functions, operating as a valued advisory team to senior stakeholders. Success will come from building credibility, leveraging data, and delivering strategic guidance that aligns talent priorities with business objectives. Integrate talent planning into broader business transformation initiatives, partnering closely with P&C, Finance, and leadership teams. About you Proven experience in building or transforming business partnering functions within large, complex organisations. Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without relying on formal delegation. Comfortable operating in transformative environments where agility and innovation are essential. Leadership capability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple functions. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related discipline. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a Baseline level.
