About the Role This role offers a mix of work, for a range of highly experienced and supportive Partners in our Recovery & Restructuring / Commercial Litigation practice in Melbourne. You will work for major corporate clients, major banks, other lenders and insolvency practitioners to provide advice in relation to: Business debt recovery and enforcement of security Restructuring & Insolvency Commercial litigation and dispute resolution This wonderful opportunity offers you the chance to work on both Restructuring & Insolvency and Commercial Litigation. About You Our Partners are seeking your energy, your passion for law and your insolvency and/or litigation experience.
