Help Shape Futures at C&K Magnetic Island Join C&K Magnetic Island as our Director-Teacher, leading a warm, inclusive, and play-based learning environment for children, families, and educators. Set in the island’s beautiful natural surroundings, our centre embraces outdoor exploration and nature-rich learning that inspires curiosity, discovery, and connection. We offer a kindy program five days a fortnight and limited hours care two days a week, led by an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher. The centre operates during Queensland school terms and closes for school holidays, public holidays, and pupil-free days, supporting a healthy work-life balance. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have : An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent Approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain. First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. Current Police Check Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
