Residential Technical Sales Representative – NSW/ACT Dynamic Composite Technologies Pty Limited – Blacktown NSW Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, including company car, plus super is available to the successful candidate. Position summary The position heads up our focus on the residential building sector in the NSW/ACT region and currently has one direct report. The position will involve, but is not limited to: Working with builders, architects and building designers to establish project specifications. Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the residential building sector. Developing and supporting new and existing channel/distribution partners. Writing quotes and negotiating deals and supply contracts. Growing customer base. Providing technical advice to customers. Achieving growth by hitting sales targets. Maintenance of CRM database. Development and delivery of professional presentations and meetings. This is the perfect opportunity to build a career at a leading building products supply firm. Desired Skills & Experience Demonstrated successful sales experience in the residential building industry. Experience with insulation, ventilation, condensation management products, facades, roofing and cladding is highly regarded. Experience selling through channel/distribution partners, such as Mitre 10 and Bowens. Professional communication skills and ability to converse at all levels. Computer skills – Intermediate level with Windows, Office 365, Excel, Word, PP, CRM etc. Experience using construction data bases - Estimate One, Cordell, BCI, advantageous but not mandatory. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of construction; builders, trades/contractors, architects etc. Ability to read and understand construction plans.
