About You You’rea proven operations or site leader from a manufacturing environment - packaging, FMCG, food or building materials. You’veled large site teams in high-volume production settings and understand what it takes to deliver consistency,safetyand performance at scale. You know how to unite diverse teams behind clear expectations, build capability in your supervisors, and turn good operators into great ones.
