Our clients based in Port Hedland are seeking administration professionals to join their team for an immediate start.

Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3-month assignment

Pay rate: $38.00 - $48.00 ph + Super

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the broader team.
  • Data entry.
  • Record keeping.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Purchasing and financial reconciliation.
  • Minute taking.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.

About you:

  • Computer proficiency, in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous administative experience.
  • High level interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Word process skills and experience.

Desireable:

  • Previous Government experience.
