Experienced Head Barista Wanted, immediate start Albury Apco are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable barista to join our fast‑paced, friendly team on a full‑time basis. If you thrive in a busy environment and love serving great coffee with a smile, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role: Hours: 5am–1pm, 5 days a week (includes Saturdays and working public holidays such as Christmas and New Year's). You'll be making anywhere from 200+ coffees a shift, so confidence under pressure is a must. The hours are fixed so reliability and punctuality are essential. What We're Looking For: Someone with previous barista experience (at least 12 months is essential) with coffee knowledge on grinder, pouring and steaming techniques. Must be able to calibrate a coffee machine confidently and consistently make great coffee. We pride ourselves on delivering good quality coffee, so we need someone who can maintain our standard. Strong customer service skills — we have lots of regulars who love a good chat and friendly service with their coffee. Comfortable working with food and being on your feet in a fast‑paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills. Strong leadership skills, someone who can take initiative, support the team and maintain smooth service during busy periods. Performance based bonuses to reward consistency, reliability and great service. Australian work rights are required for this position.
