Store Manager + Sales Assistants

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the team in our Coolangatta store. (We’re also looking for casual team members across multiple locations) Just Sunnies is an Australian owned sunglasses retailer carrying the world’s top brands, from Ray Ban and Oakley to Prada, Miu Miu, Maui Jim and many more. If you love fashion and accessories, live for great customer experiences, and have a proven track record in sales and retail leadership, we would love to hear from you. The Role You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and set the tone for a beautiful boutique experience with support from your Cluster Manager. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. Flexibility to work across weekdays, Saturdays, and public holidays is essential. The Responsibilities Coach, motivate, and build a high performing team with a positive culture Own targets, monitor KPIs, and celebrate wins while identifying opportunities to grow Create memorable moments, build relationships, and resolve issues with care and confidence Manage replenishment, stock takes, and records.
