We’re now hiring Permanent Full‑Time Skilled Meat Workers (Boners & Slicers) and General Process Labourers to join our team in our state‑of‑the‑art beef boning facility in Dandenong South, Victoria. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking reliable, experienced individuals who take pride in their craft and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment. You Must Have Excellent knife‑handling skills and experience in beef boning, slicing, or general meat processing. Ability to follow cutting lines to maximize yield from carcass sides and quarters. Proficiency in pick & pack operations and general labouring. Physical fitness and stamina for hands‑on work. Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment drug & alcohol screening. Ability to pass a skills test. What We Offer Competitive Pay Up to $93,701/year for skilled boners & slicers and an attractive incentive scheme. Above Award Rates for all roles.
