About the Role Working closely with the General Manager, Property Managers, and external marketing partners, you’ll be responsible for executing our marketing strategy across social media, websites, and digital campaigns, while also supporting key business operations. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is equal parts creative thinker and technical doer. You’ll thrive in this role if you love bringing fresh ideas to life through engaging content, brand‑building initiatives, and standout campaigns, while also feeling confident diving into the analytical and operational side of marketing. From interpreting data and managing digital platforms to crafting compelling stories and visuals, you’ll balance imagination with precision to help elevate our brand, set‑up systems and drive meaningful results. This full‑time position will be on‑site at our office in Hastings Street, Noosa. Key Responsibilities Manage and schedule content for our Instagram and Facebook pages. Coordinate and contribute to our marketing plan. Ensure accuracy of property information across booking platforms and our reservations system Resly. Update and optimise content on our websites to improve SEO and guest engagement. Assist with owner newsletters, property photoshoots, and tech integrations. Support property onboarding/offboarding and create/update SOPs. Collaborate with the Front Office Team to align marketing with the guest experience. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Proactive, organised, and detail‑oriented. Creative, with a flair for storytelling and visual content. Confident in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Skilled in communication – written, visual, and verbal. Experienced with digital marketing tools, CMS, and property platforms (Resly, Indesign, Wordpress, Adobe and Canva a plus). Experienced in content creation with a portfolio of relevant work and associated results. Passionate about providing exceptional guest service and brand experience. Qualifications & Experience Certification or relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, or hospitality. Demonstrated ability to deliver results‑driven marketing campaigns. Familiarity with online travel agents (OTAs), CMS platforms, and visual design tools. Experience in the holiday rentals or hospitality industry a bonus.
