Swim Teacher New Swim School - Multiple Roles and Positions Available Happy Feet Swim School in North Parramatta, NSW is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Swim Teachers to join our team in a new swim school opening in January 2026. There are multiple roles available for customer service, swim teaching and desk supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team to establish the swim school. We are looking for reliable people with a positive, can‑do attitude who have a passion for developing and fostering a love for water in children. Swim Teacher - $27 - $45/hr (depending on experience) Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to small groups of students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages. A passion for swimming and a genuine desire to help others develop their skills and confidence in the water. Hold a current Australian Swimming Teachers and Coaches Association (AUSTSWIM) or Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification, CPR and WWCC. Ensure the smooth running of daily operations for the Learn to Swim program through the guidance of swimming teachers and customer service staff. Make sure teachers follow the program and provide safe supervision and correction to swimmers in the water. Continuously assess swimmers in the water. Have effective communication skills to engage with customers and respond to queries and complaints. Assist other team members in the delivery of service as required. Customer Service - $27/hr Respond to swim school bookings and enquiries, ensure all new enquiries are followed up and processed in a timely manner. Engage customers in a professional, yet friendly manner to make them feel like they are part of the Happy Feet family. Be organized and able to multitask.
