You will provide personal, social, and domestic support tailored to each individual's needs, promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Shifts are available across weekdays and weekends, with opportunities for consistent, ongoing work in the Sunshine Coast region. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care, grooming, and hygiene assistance Supporting clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment Meal preparation, light domestic assistance, and medication prompts Companionship and community access support Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with the care team About You To join our team, you will have: Minimum 1–2 years' experience in aged care, home care, or disability support Personal care and manual handling experience (essential) Current First Aid and CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent Driver Licence and reliable transport You are compassionate, professional, and reliable – with a genuine commitment to supporting older Australians to live with independence and dignity.
