Reporting to the Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager, this hands‑on role is responsible for executing end‑to‑end warehouse functions using systems like Cin7 Core and associated portable WMS devices. You'll be part of a close‑knit operations team focused on customer satisfaction, accuracy, safety, and on‑time delivery. What you’ll be doing Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch inventory using Cin7 Core and mobile warehouse apps. Training will be provided for Cin7 Core warehouse management system operation. Process purchase and assembly orders, ensuring timely GRN, warehouse receipts and putaway. Execute stock transfers and replenishments using batch, serial, and bin tracking methods. Perform cycle counts and stocktakes, reconciling variances in real‑time. Monitor low stock, and report to Supply Chain Manager. Generate and interpret inventory reports i.e. cycle count sheets using Excel data exports from Cin7 Core. Operate MHE safely, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks. Maintain a clean, LEAN‑compliant warehouse environment aligned with 5S principles. Collaborate cross‑functionally with assembly, sales, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and delivery of components. What we’re looking for Previous experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse or distribution environment Minimum 2+ years of warehouse experience is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach Forklift licence and experience operating reach forklifts LF licence is required for forklift operation.
