Duxton Bees is a farmgate beekeeping business, with the objective to become one of the largest commercial beekeeping businesses in Australia, supporting agriculture through pollination services and honey production across different geographical locations within Australia. Role Based at our Shed in Parkes, NSW, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the beginning of January. This role is a hands‑on position and requires a can‑do attitude. The successful candidate will work on a range of tasks to ensure our beekeeping teams can run efficiently. They will be responsible for ensuring our facility is kept to high standards, making sure equipment is organised and ready to go, looking after the cleanliness of the shed, and assisting the Shed Supervisor with assembling beekeeping equipment. Responsibilities Assisting in unpacking of equipment and deliveries Organising equipment and tools within the shed Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety procedures and Company policies Assisting with constructing operational equipment/hiveware as required Key Requirements A strong work ethic A positive attitude and enthusiasm to succeed Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in working both independently as well as collaboratively within a team Willingness to adhere to safe handling practices Be comfortable working around bees Reliability Forklift licence will be looked upon favourably Please note that this role is labour‑intensive. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
