As theContinuous Improvement Capability Manager ,you’llwork closely with the Continuous Improvement Delivery Manager tolead the execution ofthe Freight Process Excellence (FPX) strategy and embed aContinuous Improvement framework that lifts capability across Qantas Freight.You’llensure leaders areequippedwith practical Lean tools to solve problems, improve theirenvironmentsandmaintainstrong operational standards, driving customer, operational and financial benefits that support transformation andlongtermFreightobjectives. In this influential role,you’llcoach and mentor senior leaders to build capability and drive ahighperformanceimprovement culture. Working across all areas of Freight,you’llstrengthen leaders’ understanding of FPX tools and techniques while proactivelyidentifyingopportunities,leading projects andbreaking down complex challengesand enabling effectiverootcauseproblem solving to deliver impactful, sustainable business outcomes. You’ll have: Continuous Improvementqualificationshighly desirableminimumgreen belt. Experience coaching and developingskills toassistin deliveringbusinessoutcomes. Positive approach to problem solving and the capacity to produce results within specifictimeframes. Technical ability to communicate with all levels of the business,from senior leadership to the frontline operational employees. Ability to communicate effectively, influence others and gain cooperation. History in project delivery experience that has delivered bottom line,customerand employee benefits.
