responsibilities:Ensure store operations are running smoothly to help
the team create
seamless
and memorable
customer
experiences
Help to build a highly effective team through ongoing training, mentoring and
by
providing
feedback
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams.
A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond
for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments.
