We are recruiting Home Care Support Workers in the Deniliquin and surrounding areas including - Mathoura, Warragoon, Morago, Pretty Pine. What’s On Offer Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability) 31.13 - 34.93 per hour (dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of 0.92 per KM + paid travel time Stable roster and opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and Uniform – ready when you join us A fully supported and paid Induction program Fitness Passport - a discounted gym membership program (for eligible employees and their families) Your New Role Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation etc. Transportation and Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding etc. Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Key Requirements Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Mondays to Friday We welcome applicants that have the below experience and/or a qualification Disability Support Worker Community Services/ Mental Health worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Bachelor of Social Work/ Nursing Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we’d love to hear from you For any further informationor simply apply today.
