RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor All Aspects of the Room: Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the boning room, from start to finish.Boning Quality & Yield: Maintain high standards of boning quality and optimise yield.Packaging: Oversee packaging processes to ensure product meets our quality and presentation standards.GMP and Handling: Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and proper handling procedures to ensure food safety and compliance.Essential Skills and Experience:Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production environment.Strong understanding of boning processes and quality control.Familiarity with GMP and safety regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Physically fit and strong.Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical which includes Drug and Alcohol testing.Follow all company policies and procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to integrate into a team with a strong work ethic.Must have transport.Why Work for Us?Local workCareer progression within a fast-growing organisationSupportive working environmentReady to take your career to the next level?
