We are seeking a full-time Barista to join our vibrant team at our new cafe “ Clique” in Albury, NSW 2640. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality coffee and beverages for our customers. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in an engaging and dynamic hospitality environment. What you'll be doing Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to our customers Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient operations Providing excellent customer service and ensuring each customer's needs are met Assisting with general food and beverage service tasks as required Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the business What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to prepare consistently high-quality drinks Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays What we offer Competitive hourly wage Opportunities for career progression and skills development A dynamic and collaborative team environment Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Discounts on our delicious food and beverages About us Clique is cross the road from Downtown pizzeria located in the heart of Albury, NSW.
