We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven General Manager to lead our high‑performing team at Rockingham Toyota. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a respected dealership within one of Western Australia’s most recognised automotive groups. What the role entails: Overseeing all dealership departments to deliver sustained profitability and outstanding guest experience Driving continuous improvement in customer service, operational excellence and staff engagement Implementing effective financial management and KPI reporting across Sales, Service, Parts and Administration Leading, mentoring and developing department managers to achieve business objectives Maintaining compliance with manufacturer and statutory requirements Representing the dealership with integrity and professionalism in all community and manufacturer relations What we are looking for: Proven success in a General Manager, Dealer Principal or senior leadership role within the automotive industry Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret and act on financial performance data Demonstrated capability to lead teams, build culture and deliver high performance outcomes Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills Toyota experience and understanding of Toyota operational standards (highly favourable) Current WA Driver’s Licence and full Australian working rights On offer: A competitive executive remuneration package, including a fully maintained company vehicle and fuel card Performance‑based bonus structure reflecting individual and dealership achievements Full support from senior management and the wider Servco Toyota Group network A dynamic, supportive and community‑focused working environment About Rockingham Toyota Our Mission: To be the most aspired to and respected Toyota Dealership in Australia.Our Purpose: To make a positive difference in the lives of all who come into contact with Rockingham Toyota - creating passionate advocates.Our Vision: To become the employer of choice and mobility partner for all Western Australians.
