As P&C Business Partner at Kalyra, you will provide strategic and operational human resources support. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. You will also lead performance management initiatives and collaborate with management to foster a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with organisational goals.
