You will be part of an innovative multidisciplinary team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of patients in the local community by delivering exceptional pharmacy services.In this role, you'll work in a fully integrated digital hospital, with responsibilities in both the hospital dispensary and direct clinical involvement with patients.

This casual position offers a flexible work-life balance, allowing you to attend to personal matters while maintaining a fulfilling career.Your key responsibilities include:Conducting medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.Dispensing and supplying medications and pharmacy products.Managing patient medication needs during inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharges.Building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure outstanding service to patients and clients.Providing support and education to patients, carers, and hospital staff.Advising on health promotion, disease prevention, and the proper use of medications.Work Schedule:Weekdays: Up to 7.5-hour shifts (school hours possible).Saturdays: 4-hour shifts.Sundays: 3-hour shifts.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be an AHPRA-registered pharmacist with experience in an Australian pharmacy setting.
You will have a team-focused mindset, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and strong communication skills to collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
