Geelong Vascular Service is a long established medical clinic that attracts patients throughout the Western district. Both a diagnostic and a treatment center we offer a comprehensive service to our patients including treatment of Varicose veins with laser technology working with a vascular surgeon. Qualifications & Experience Willingness to embrace a new role while working within a team. Computer literate. Organized. Good communication skills and good work ethic. Previous experience in a medical or radiology clinic is an advantage but not essential. Tasks & Responsibilities Paperless Office requires management of patient bookings, billing assistance, Medicare transmissions, answering of telephone, emails, electronic faxes, and all general office duties. Working at the main reception desk requires a person who has the ability to multi-task. onsite parking with easy access Hrs Monday, Thursday, Friday 9am to 5pm Flexibility for school holidays.
