As our Senior Health and Safety Systems Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation—leading the rollout of our new WHS Technology platform. This isn’t just about systems; it’s about making a real impact. You’ll simplify and optimise our WHS Management System, embed best‑practice processes, and drive innovation that keeps our people safe, healthy, and thriving. You’ll work closely with teams across People & Culture, Property and Security, and Group Technology, as well as external partners and regulators. Your expertise will ensure our systems are not only compliant but also intuitive and effective, supporting a culture of wellbeing and proactive risk management. About You You’re a change‑maker, someone who sees technology as a tool for transformation, not just administration. You’ve led the implementation of WHS platforms in complex organisations and know how to bring people along on the journey. Your communication skills are second to none; you can influence, collaborate, and inspire at every level. Analytical by nature, you use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement. You’re comfortable designing frameworks, policies, and audit programmes that meet both legal and organisational standards. With tertiary qualifications in workplace health and safety (or similar), and a track record of delivering results, you’re ready to champion innovation and make a lasting difference.
